Aug. 10th: Ladies Meeting: We will have our ladies meeting on Tuesday, August 10th at 7:00 p.m. We are blessed to have as our spekaer, Lisa Doston. All ladies are encouraged to attend for a small business meeting and very spiritual devotions.

Aug. 8th: "Blessed to School": We are planning a blessed (back) to School Event from 2-5 here at the church, we need:

People to pray for this event
People to donate school supplies, backpacks, lunch boxes, clothes, shoes
People to secure business sponsorships (like Wal-Mart, Office Depot, etc.)
People to help with advertising (handing out/hanging flyers on businesses' doors)
People to help get everything set up prioir to the event

Please let Rhonda or Holly know how you can help. Thanks. Also, there are flyers on the back table, please take some and pass them out.

Baby Shower

Youth Group Outing

Flag Day

June 14th: Flag Day is an American holiday celebrating and showing respect to our flag and the people who designed and created it. Our flag represents our independence as Americans and our unity as a nation. It leads our soldiers in battle and many have died protecting it. It even stands on the moon.

Father's Day

June 20th: Fathers day is the day we celebrate our dads. It was invented by a woman named Sonora Smart Dodd who was raised by her father and thought that they should be celebrated just as much as mothers. Her dad was born in June so she chose to hold the first fathers day on June 19th of 1910. It was President Calvin Coolidge who decided to hold fathers day on the third Sunday of June 14 years later.

Ascension Day

Egg Hunt

Classes begin: "One Month to Live"

Elissa Napier will be conducting an eight (8) week course on the book entitled "One Month to Live." Classes will begin on Sunday, April 18 @ 4:00pm here at the church. Please let Elissa know if you plan to attend so we can order enough books for everyone. This book is a life changing experience.
